Dhaba Style Mutton Keema Recipe
Ingredients:
1 to 2 teaspoons of turmeric
2 to 3 green cardamoms
2 to 3 cloves
2 teaspoons cumin
3 onions finely chopped
A teaspoon of crushed garlic
A teaspoon of ground ginger
1 to 2 tablespoons of butter
2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped
½ cup finely chopped capsicum
½ teaspoon turmeric
A teaspoon of ground red pepper
A teaspoon of cumin powder
A teaspoon of turmeric powder
Salt as required
Half a kilo of mutton mince
Oil as per requirement
3 cups of tomato paste
Juice of half a lemon
Coriander greens for garnish
Green chilli finely chopped for garnish
Finely chopped ginger for garnish
A spoonful of butter for garnish
Composition:
• To make dhaba style mutton keema first add a little oil in a large frying pan.
• Now add tazepaat, green cardamom, cumin and cloves and fry it lightly so that the aroma starts rising.
• Now add finely chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
• Then add ginger garlic paste and butter and fry it well.
• Now add finely chopped green chillies and finely chopped capsicum and fry.
• Then add little water to it and process it by adding turmeric, salt, ground red chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder.
• When the spices are well combined, add the mutton keema and fry well.
• Then add tomato paste or crushed tomato to the mince and squeeze a lemon juice and cook it.
• After some time when it dries up, garnish it with ginger and green coriander and serve it with hot naan.
