Goat meat 1 kg (meat meat)
Half an onion
3 tomatoes (large)
Proven garlic 8 yoke
Red chillies half a teaspoon
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric one quarter teaspoon
A cup of water
Composition:
Now cook these things in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
Now add 5 green chillies and a half inch piece of ginger in a chopper and chop them.
Now remove the pressure cooker from the stove, remove the tomato skins from the meat.
Now put this meat in an open pot or pan. Now it will be cooked on high flame.
Now add half a spoon of coriander powder and cumin powder, chopped ginger and green chillies in it and add half a cup of oil in the cross and fry it very well.
Now reduce the heat and add half a cup of curd. Fry it well. If the curd water becomes dry, increase the heat.
Now add half a teaspoon of ground hot spices to it. 5 to 6 black peppers will be coated.
