Ingredients:

Ingredients required for cooking pies

Onion = 2 large (chopped)

Yakhni - 2 glasses

Ginger garlic paste = 1 tbsp

Ground Red Chilli = 2 tsp

Garam masala = ground, 1 tsp

Black pepper = 1 tsp (ground)

Cumin = 2 tsp

Turmeric = 1 teaspoon

Cardamom = 4 nos

Salt = as per taste

Oil = 1 cup

Nutmeg = half teaspoon

Jaotri = half a teaspoon

For decoration

Green Chillies = 3 large (finely chopped)

Ginger = 1 large piece (peeled and finely chopped)

Coriander = Chopped

Mint = mint

Lemon = 2 (cut)



Composition:


Add 10 glasses of water to the pan and boil it on low heat until only 2 glasses of water are left and the beans are cooked well. On the other hand, in a pot, fry the chopped onions until golden.
Pour half a cup of water in a bowl and mix ginger garlic paste, red chillies, salt, turmeric and ground coriander well. Add this mixture to the fried onion and fry it. Add the same spices to the curry pot and saute well with the curry. Now add yakhni and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
Now take crushed hot spices, nutmeg, jawtri, cumin and add it to the top of the curry and serve it with the garnishing ingredients. Delicious paa is ready.
